When I received my order, the products were the wrong way round. I ordered 4 of one and 1 of the other, but got them the other way.
I emailed explaining I wasn't sure what to do. I got a rapid response asking me to return the wrong items, and they would send the missing ones. They included a postage label. 2 days later, I had the full order.
It was easy and cost me nothing. The products are at a good price; the service was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.
