We ship all domestic orders via Royal Mail or DPD usually within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Royal Mail advise that first class parcels typically take no more than 48 hours to arrive. However, during busy periods of the year, this may extend to 72 hours. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within four working days of order placement. If you haven't received your goods after this period, please contact us and we will respond with an update within one working day and provide tracking information where applicable.

All of our parcels are shipped with one of DPD or Royal Mail's fully-tracked services. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated Shipping Notification e-mail, which will contain a link to safely track your package, right up to the point of delivery.

EU Shipping - £12.00

We use Royal Mail's Air Mail service to ship all goods to the EU. Shipping timeframes to the EU are typically between 3-12 working days. Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the EU, customers from the EU may face additional import charges or duties prior to the receipt of your goods. All customers are liable to pay their own import fees.

Rest Of The World Shipping - £15.00

We also use Royal Mail's Air Mail service to ship all goods outside of the UK. Shipping timeframes for non-EU parcels are typically between 8-15 working days. Your parcel may be subject to import fees, depending on the destination country and local customs policy. All customers are liable to pay their own import fees.
