This company are terrible! First order the free gift arrived and no cleanser so had to phone them. They agreed to send out another which did arrive.
Thought I’d give them another chance as the prices were good, sadly exactly the same thing happened again so I would definitely avoid this company.
Product is absolutely amazing though!

Best beautiful cleanser - I love it

I bought this to try as I had previously used and loved the original scent smaller cleansing balm, which was an utter joy to use and lasted a very long time, almost a year.
I was very excited to get this, albeit more money than I'd like to spend, work hard, treat hard.
So when I first used it I was quite overwhelmed by the scent, it was very powerful, I thought oh no, after a few tries of it I am loving it.
I massage a small amount all over my face and leave on for a few mins, I leave it on much longer at the weekends, the scent is beautiful (as is the original one). It really is like having a little spa treatment at home, I've never had a spa treatment so I can only assume what it's like to have one of those.
Make-up dissolves effortlessly, even my mascara! I do not rub it onto my eyes as it's too strong, just wipe it off with a hot cloth/flannel/muslin cloth whatever you want to use, then with the residue on the cloth wipe eyes to remove the eye make-up.
Love both the original scent and this one, buttery texture, leaves my face feeling soft, supple, clean, refreshed.

i love Elemis with a passion and have bought the cleansing balm in original for a while now which i still love. On opening this new rose balm i was a little sceptical as i am not a rose scented person but when i applied it to my face and took a deep breath the scent seemed to calm down and feel so fresh just like smelling a bunch of roses cut from the garden. This balm is simply amazing for my very sensitive skin and cleanses with ease. I love using it on really hard to get off mascara like Mally, Benefit or Tarte but it breaks them down with ease without the need to rub and rub. i am a rose convert. i will defately be buying more of it, thank you Elemis and Q its brilliant x

Perfect for removing makeup and giving a luxurious cleansing for the morning and evening. Subtle smell of rose providing a calming sensation. A little amount goes along way for the face and neck area. It’s gentle around the eye area too.
